The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance to many attractions. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the room, it was well-maintained and tidy.
The noise outside of the hotel was quite disruptive, especially in the early mornings. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location for exploring the city, close to public transport, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast was satisfying. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping street and all tourist attractions. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, making transportation easy. The hotel's Old Town location offers great views from some of the rooms. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast is substantial and delicious.
The hotel's decor is outdated and in need of modernisation.

The hotel is in the very center of downtown, just a short walk from the main town square and other attractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was in a great location near the Römer. Although the room was small, it was verynice and neat. The staff was helpful and allowed me to store my bags at reception. I appreciated the free coffee/tea in the room.
